Return & Refund Policy

At Brand Hand Made, we focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Policy:

• Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery inspection.

• Once the delivery representative leaves, returns are not allowed.

3. Defective Products:

• If the product is defective, the company covers the shipping costs for exchange or return.

4. Refunds:

• Refunds (for defective items) will be processed back to the customer within 5–7 business days after approval.
